# 1. How do I add new products to Faslet?

 Question

“We've added new items/collections to our webshop, can you link these to Faslet?”

Answer

Faslet automatically retrieves product information via your product feed (for example, the Google Shopping feed). New products become visible as soon as they appear in this feed and are correctly categorized.

1. Check whether the new products are already in your product feed.
2. Make sure you can find the products in the Faslet product screen and look at the status.
3. Send the relevant products (name or URL) to the Faslet support team if you're not sure whether they're already linked.
4. Faslet checks and links the products manually if needed; this is usually done within 24 hours.

*Tip: for major launches (new collection, new brand), we recommend flagging this with support at least a day in advance so the linking is ready in time.*
