Growth Marketing Manager

Faslet is a fast-growing Dutch start-up that developed an affordable self-serve portal for online fashion stores to get insight in their order and return data to help them to improve customers conversions and reduce online returns. Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the commercial manager, who oversees all commercial and marketing aspects, to further develop Faslet’s marketing communications. We expect you to experiment with new channels, content, and partnerships to achieve the objectives we set together.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement in the apparel and footwear industry.
- Create and manage compelling content across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Plan and execute events, both attended and hosted, including logistics, vendor coordination, and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with partners to create success stories and secure backlinking opportunities to expand our reach.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Experiment with new marketing channels and innovative approaches to drive growth.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion.
In this role, you will work closely with the commercial manager and gain experience in various aspects of the business, from digital marketing to product development. You’ll play a key role in building and developing the Faslet brand in the Netherlands and will take on your own projects and responsibilities right from the start.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within SaaS or FashTech.
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that exceed objectives.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- Independent, self-driven, and proactive in managing marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Plus; working with Canva to create banners
- MUST HAVE a valid work permit for working in the Netherlands
- MUST BE residing in the Netherlands, as this is hybrid role.
- Bonus: Experience using Canva for creating banners and marketing visuals.

Customer Success Manager

As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our clients and their customers reap the full benefits of our solution. This position offers flexible working hours, ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week, to accommodate your work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and how Faslet can support their goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to discuss their satisfaction, usage trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities for engagement, and potential issues before they escalate.
- Create and maintain comprehensive guides, FAQs, and training materials to empower our clients and their teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the tech or e-commerce industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying patterns in data and translating them into actionable insights.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the creativity to overcome challenges and optimize processes.

Sales Development Representative - DACH Region
At Faslet, we are in search of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region who embodies curiosity, a penchant for setting new records, and the expertise to cultivate enduring customer relationships. This role presents an exciting opportunity where you will take charge of nurturing strategic revenue opportunities within designated account territories and market segments, while also having an open approach and embracing AI.

- Generate fresh business opportunities and leads within the medium-large business segments to fuel our sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft targeted lists, call strategies, and impactful messaging in German.
- Conduct qualification meetings and calls with potential clients in DACH region.

This position is based in the Netherlands, and candidates must be able to work from our office in Rotterdam weekly. We are not considering candidates who require a working permit to move to the Netherlands.
Requirements

Software Developer Intern
Faslet is looking for an Intern Software Developer to join us working on tools and systems in the Fashion Tech industry. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn about best practices in software development, and thrives on building things. The internship is for a minimum of 3 months full-time, and will be a mix of remote and on-site in Rotterdam or Leiden.
What you will do
- Write elegant code in Typescript for Vue, React and/or NodeJS
- Write tests and make sure everything is automated via CI/CD pipelines
- Work remotely most of the time with lots of online communication and collaboration
- Create pull requests in github, have the team review and merge them
- Release your work to production the moment it’s ready
- Monitor your work in production
