Is Faslet offering a FREE version for the sizing solution?
We currently don’t offer a free version, but we do provide a 14 day free trial of our premium sizing assistant. This trial is an excellent way for smaller webshops to test our service. After the trial, pricing starts at just $199 per month.
How does Faslet integrate with Shopify Markets?
Faslet uses Custom Data settings to assign unique Shop IDs to each market. This ensures each market is recognized as a separate store within the Faslet system.
Do I need separate configurations for each market?
Yes, each market requires a unique faslet.shopId metafield to be configured, enabling tailored sizing recommendations for different regions.
How does Faslet AI work?
Will my plan change accordingly?
Yes, Faslet scales with your brand’s growth. Your plan is based on expected monthly Size Me Up users, and if you exceed your limit, you’ll automatically move to the next tier to ensure seamless service and continued accuracy in size recommendations.
How Will I Be Billed?
Faslet bills based on Unique Faslet Users, meaning individual shoppers who engage with Faslet’s sizing tool within a billing cycle. Each user is counted only once per period, regardless of how many times they interact across different product pages or sessions. Merchants select a pricing tier based on expected monthly usage. If the number of unique users exceeds the tier, the plan will automatically adjust to the next tier, which may happen mid-billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. This model ensures fair and transparent billing, reflecting actual shopper engagement rather than repeated interactions.

Where can I customize my settings, upload my logo, choose colors, make adjustments, and track performance?
To customize your Faslet setup, you need to create a Faslet store (no obligations). This allows you to experiment with styling, upload your logo, select colors, and tweak the button appearance.

However, actionable insights and performance metrics will not be available until you accept the billing terms in the app. Once activated, you’ll be able to track key performance data directly in your Faslet dashboard.
How do I upload my product feed, and what format is required?
You can add your product feed by pasting the feed URL into the Faslet portal. If you are using Shopify, the product feed can be automatically fetched. However, having a separate feed ensures we gather as much detailed product information as possible.
